Rahul Tiwari is the CEO and co-founder of Spooky Action. Before Spooky Action, Rahul developed star-tracking navigation systems for suborbital observatories at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Now Rahul is leading the team at Spooky Action as they try to build out plug-and-play capabilities of unlimited flight time in drones.
